摘要
目前,国内外尚未见有关Cr-Fe-ZrO2复合镀层制备的报道。介绍了Cr-Fe-ZrO2复合镀的工艺技术,研究了阴极电流密度、镀液温度、镀液pH值及电沉积时间对复合镀层厚度和外观的影响。利用扫描电镜观察了镀层的表面形貌,用能谱分析了复合镀层的成分,测试了复合镀层与基体的结合力和耐蚀性能。结果表明:当阴极电流密度为14 A/dm2、镀液温度为25℃、pH值为2.0、电沉积30 m in时,可以获得光亮、准镜面、厚度约7.5μm的复合镀层;镀层与基体结合良好,耐腐蚀性好;镀液稳定性较好,静置360 d后电镀的重现性能较好。
The effects of plating parameters such as cathodic current density,bath temperature,bath pH value and plating time on thickness and appearance of electroplated Cr-Fe-ZrO2 composite coating were investigated.The surface morphology of resultant coating was observed using a scanning electron microscope,and its composition was determined using an energy dispersive spectrometer.Besides,the adhesion of the composite coating to substrate and its corrosion resistance were measured.Results show that bright Cr-Fe-ZrO2 composite coating with mirror-like appearance and a thickness of 7.5 ujn can be obtained at optimal plating parameters including cathodic current density of 14 A/dm2,bath temperature of 25 °C,pH value of 2.0 and plating time of 30 min.Resultant composite coating had excellent adhesion to substrate and good corrosion resistance as well.Moreover,the plating bath was stable and could be well used even after being stored for up to 360 d.
