摘要
在含有硫酸镍、钨酸钠和柠檬酸三铵的电解液中获得镍-钨合金电沉积层。在分别含有二甲基胺硼烷和二氧化锆粒子的上述电解液中,电沉积获得Ni-W-B合金和Ni-W-(ZrO2)复合镀层。采用电化学实验方法研究所获得的Ni-W、Ni-W-B和Ni-W-(ZrO2)镀层在盐酸介质中的腐蚀行为,结果表明:所获得的镀层均有较好的耐蚀性;Ni-W和Ni-W-B镀层比Ni-W-(ZrO2)镀层有较好的抗腐蚀能力。
Ni-W alloy was electrodeposited from the electrolyte solution containing sodium tungstate, nickel sulfate and ammonium citrate. Ni-W-B alloy and Ni-W-(ZrO_2) composite coating were electrodeposited from the Ni-W electrolyte solution containing dimethylamine borane and zirconia particles respectively. The corrosion behavior of th Ni-W, Ni-W-B and Ni-W-(ZrO_2) coatings in the medium of hydrochloric acid were studied by the electrochemical method. The results showed that all the obtained coatings presented in good corrosion resistance. Ni-W and Ni-W-B coatings appeared in the better anti-corrosion ability compared to Ni-W-(ZrO_2) composite coating.
