裸大麦垦啤黑糯1号的品种特性及产业化开发 被引量:5

摘要 垦啤黑糯1号是甘肃省农垦农业研究院选育的黑色裸大麦新品种,矮秆早熟,抗病抗逆,产量较高,支链淀粉含量高达98.94%,钙含量56.31 mg/100 g,不溶性膳食纤维为12.95%,富含17种氨基酸和多种营养无素,是产业化开发无公害食品或保健品的理想原料。
