钛酸钡基无铅压电陶瓷研究的新进展 被引量:9

New Progresses of Study on BaTiO_3-based Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics

摘要 着重从引入新组元(如BaZrO3、Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3等)和采用新的制备技术(如微波烧结、二步烧结、晶粒取向生长技术等)两个方面综述了近期BaTiO3基压电陶瓷的研发进展,并就BaTiO3基压电陶瓷今后的研发提出了几点建议。 The recent progresses of BaTiO3-based ceramics are summarized and reviewed with emphases on the introduction of new component of their compositions and the adoption of special fabrication techniques. The future work on BaTiO3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics is also suggested.
