Research Progresses of KNN Based Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics Doped by ABO_3 Perovskite Compounds

摘要 KNN基无铅压电陶瓷以其较高的居里温度、低的介电常数和高的机电耦合系数等特点,近年来备受研究人员的关注。本文结合近几年来相关文献的报道,综合分析了在KNN基无铅压电陶瓷中添加ABO_3型合物对其电学性能的影响,展望了KNN基无铅压电陶瓷将来的发展趋势。 In recent years, the researchers pay more attention to the KNN based lead--free piezo- electric ceramics for its high curie temperature, low dielectric constant and high electromechanical coupling coefficient. According to the literature in recent years, this paper analyzed the electrical properties of KNN based lead--free piezoelectric ceramics which impact by doping ABO3 perovskite compounds, and the research prospects of KNN based lead--free piezoelectric ceramics were also predicted in this paper.
