摘要
小鼠ig文蛤多糖 100mg/kg、200mg/kg.显著抑制 S_(180)实体瘤的瘤重,显著延长 EAC腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠的生存时间,对 L_(1210)白血病小鼠的存活时间无明显影响。以环磷酸胺损伤小鼠的免疫功能.上述剂量的文蛤多糖可使免疫指标显著改善:胸腺、脾脏增重.白细胞数量增多.吞噬能力增强.血清溶血素水平增高.SR-BC-DTH和PC-DTH反应增强。以上结果表明:文蛤多糖具有抗癌作用和免疫调节作用。
The results indicated that Meretrix polysaccharide (was given orally, 100mg/ kg. 200mg/kg ) could remarkably reduce the weight of S_(180) solid carcinoma in mice, prolong the survival period of mice with EAC ascites carcinoma and hepatic carinoma. It had no effect on L_(1210) leukemia. It also showed that Meretrix polysaccharide could significantly improve the Index of thymus and spleen, Increase the number of leukocyte, improve the phagocytic power, increase the production of serum hemolvsin and enhance the SRBC DTH and PC-DTH reac- non in immunodepressed mice induced by cvclophosphamide. It is suggested that Meretrix polysaccharide has effects on antineoplastic a.d immunoregulation.
