摘要
经历了近三年的发展,BALIS原文传递系统不但扩充了成员馆数量,也与社科院研究生院、国家图书馆开展合作,其服务在北京地区得到广泛应用,用户注册数、使用量等各项指标快速增长。这与系统整体的管理特点密不可分,人性化与科学发展、强调协作的分布式管理、充分的激励机制,无不对原文传递服务的整体发展起到积极的促进作用。充分发扬优秀的管理经验,将有利于促进高校间的原文传递服务,平衡馆藏建设,深化资源共建共享。
BALIS document delivery is widely applied by academic libraries in Beijing area since 2007, which benefits much from the management method of the center in that it stresses scientific development and humanized management, and that it emphasizes collaboration and the division of responsibilities to promote efficiency, and proper motivation composed of rewards and encouragement. Based on the practice of BALIS document delivery system, this paper analyzes its management experience and features, so as to prompt the development of document delivery service, balance construction and deepen resources sharing among regional academic libraries.
