摘要
针对目前火炮内膛检测存在的问题,结合计算机图像拼接技术,设计并实现了一种高精度、高可靠性、智能化的身管内膛疵病检测系统,主要由内膛观测硬件系统和图像拼接分析软件系统组成.观测硬件系统主要是通过CCD摄像头获取内膛疵病图像,由液晶屏实时显示并保存,包括CCD摄像头分系统、计算机分系统和便携式控制箱三大分系统;图像拼接分析软件系统是基于特征点稀少的图像拼接算法对内膛图像进行处理拼接,提供完整的分析图像.系统应用实验结果表明,能获得无缝、清晰、完整火炮身管内膛图像,满足炮管实时检测需要.该系统为实现直观、快速、准确地对火炮的质量、寿命等性能做出判断有较大的实用意义.
Aiming at the problems in the artillery test and combining computer image mosaic technology,we design a flaw testing system with high accuracy,reliability and intelligence for inner surface of artillery pipe.The system is composed of an imaging hardware module and an image mosaic analysis software module.The imaging hardware includes a CCD camera,a computer and a portable control box.The image mosaic analysis software deals with fault images and supplies complete analysis images.Application test results show that this system can acquire a seamless,clear and unabridged inner surface image and can meet the needs of real-time test of the artillery chamber.The testing system is significant to judge artillery pipe's quality and life quickly and correctly.
