摘要 针对火炮身管内膛表面质量检测,提出一种基于相位相关的图像配准算法,对检测过程中采集到的火炮身管内膛图像进行无缝拼接,以全面、清晰地展现身管内膛表面图像。应用于研制的火炮身管内膛检测仪,实验结果表明,该算法拼接快速,效果理想。 To test the inner surface of the artillery pipe, a new algorithm of image registration algorithm based on phase-correlation is proposed. As an important part of the image processing system, it is incorporated into the software system of the artillery pipe testing system. Inner surface images are obtained through the artillery pipe testing apparatus during the testing. Then, the images are stitched seamlessly using the algorithm for one to see the inner surface clearly and in all directions. The experiment results show that the algorithm can quickly obtain the ideal mosaic image and can improve the process of testing and evaluating the artillery pipe's quality.
