摘要
目的了解大学生在甲型H1N1流感流行初期对甲型H1N1流感关注态度及行为变化情况。方法整群抽取温州医学院临床医学、中医学、预防医学、公共卫生管理等专业1～4年级的学生，由经过统一培训的调查人员利用自制的调查表进行调查。结果在甲型H1N1流感流行初期有40％的学生每天关注甲型H1N1流感进展；90％以上的同学认同政府采取的各项应对措施；69．1％的学生认为甲型H1N1流感不会引起大范围流行；一旦周围出现甲型H1N1流感病人，70％以上的学生担心被感染而引起恐慌。14．3％至20．7％的同学增加有益健康行为。结论大学生对甲型H1N1流感流行程度估计不足，存在恐慌心理；采取有益健康行为的比例较低，需要加强有关知识教育和心理疏导。
Objective To understand the attentive attitude and behavior change about novel influenza i （H1N1） at the beginning period among college students in a university. Methods By a cluster random sampling method, Grade 14 undergraduate medical students from specialties of clinical medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and public administration, etc, of Wenzhou Medical College were enrolled, and investigated by trained investigators by using a unified self-made questionnaire. Results Among the college students at the beginning of the epidemic flu, 40 % of the students paid attention to the progress of the epidemic everyday. More than 90 % of the students agreed with all the measures taken by the government, and 69.1% of the students thought novel influenza A （H1N1） would not become pandemic. Once novel influenza A （H1N1） patients appeared around, more than 70% of the students would worry about being infected and feel panic. The students （ 14.3 % to 20.7 % ） increased beneficial healthy behaviors. Conclusions College students have insufficient estimation to the prevalence extent of novel influenza A （H1N1） and feel panic psychologically, and the percentage of students who have adopted beneficial healthy behaviors are low and the students need further health education and psychological guidance.
