摘要
职业教育具有跨界属性,主要表现为院校和企业之间存在着物理边界、社会边界和心理边界。职业教育的发展有赖于完善法律制度、加强顶层机构设计、发挥职教集团跨界组织的资源整合优势,以及院校和企业对边界障碍的主动突破,实现对职业教育的共同参与。
Vocational education has a cross-border characteristics, which mainly embodies physical, social and psychological borders between colleges and enterprises. The development of vocational education needs to perfect legal system, strengthen the top-level administration, display the advantage of Vocational Education Group＇s resource integration and break through the obstacles of colteges and enterprises to realize the co-participalion in vocational education.
