摘要
简述了碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的优异性能,指出了高精度CFRP天线成型的技术要点,通过技术攻关研制了低膨胀、高居里温度的精密合金模具材料和中温固化环氧树脂体系,并采用铺层设计和转移法金属化技术,最终研制出口径为1000mm,型面精度达到0.131 mm(rms)的高精度、薄板式碳纤维/环氧复合材料抛物面天线。
This paper introduces the excellent properties of carbon fiber reinforced plastics( CFRP) and narrates the key technology of developing the high precision CFRP sheet structure antenna. The high precision sheet structure CFRP antenna which diamelre is 1000 nim and surface precision attains 0. 131 mm (r m s)is accomplished successfully by effort in technology.
