摘要
通过拉丝空调抽送风系统控制原理,结合近年来对拉丝成形区作业环境的生产经验,分别从拉丝空调抽送风循环系统的风速、气流压力、温度湿度关键工艺确定,冬夏季差异化控制,隔热板的制备等方面进行关键技术梳理,分析了其控制要点,从而更好地为拉丝作业提升创造有利条件。
Based on the control principle for glass fiber forming by air conditioning system and the operation experiences regarding fiber-forming atmosphere obtained in recent years,key process techniques were reviewed respectively in aspects of the setting of the process parameters for air conditioning such as air velocity,air flow pressure,temperature and humidity;the differentiated control in winter and summer;and the preparation of heat insulating boards,etc.The essential control points were analyzed so as to create more favorable conditions for the improvement of fiber-drawing operation.
