摘要 从肠衰竭到肠功能障碍,人们对肠功能的认识不断深入。急性肠损伤与急性肠伤害综合征是肠功能障碍的两个新概念,主要描述了肠功能障碍发生前,肠道内环境出现的特征性病理改变。这一概念的提出,丰富了肠功能障碍的内涵,推进了人们对肠功能的认识。本文主要综述急性肠损伤与急性肠伤害综合征的概念、病因和病理学基础。 From intestinal failure（IF）to intestinal dysfunction（ID）,people are constantly in-depth understanding of intestinal function.Acute bowel injury（ABI）and acute intestinal distress syndrome（AIDS）are two new concepts of ID,describe the characteristic pathological changes of the intestinal millieuinterne prior to the occurrence of ID.Those two new concepts have enriched the connotation,and promoted people＇s understanding of ID.The definition,pathogen and pathology of ABI and AIDS were reviewed.
