摘要
以改性木质素磺酸钠GCL4-1作为分散剂,通过对润湿剂、崩解剂、助分散剂种类和用量以及GCL4-1用量的筛选,确定了80%烯酰吗啉WG的2种优选配方。2种水分散粒剂产品热贮前的悬浮率达95%以上,热贮后不低于88%,热贮前后的润湿时间均小于23s,崩解时间在50s以内。选用80%烯酰吗啉WG为对照产品,2种配方产品的应用性能与对照产品相近;悬浮液稳定性与对照产品相比,热贮前均较好且差别不大,热贮后则要优于后者,2h的沉淀层厚度及粒径仅为0.4mm和5μm左右。综合成本估算可知2种优选配方具有很好的性价比。
Using the modified sodium lignosulfonate GCL4-1 as dispersant, by choosing the appropriate wetting agent, disintegrating agent, dispersing agent and deciding the dosage of them and GCL4-1, two kinds of dimethomorph(DMM) 80% WG have been identified. The result showed that the suspension rate of the two kinds of product before thermal storage were all above 95% and no less than 88% after thermal storage, the wetting time before and after thermal storage were all less than 23 s, the disintegrative time was less than 50 s. Noposion commercial products DMM 80% WG was choosed as a contrast, and the performance of the formula A and B was tested similar to the compared product; the suspension stability was relatively stable before thermal storage and similar to the compared product, but after thermal storage the two products were better than the compared product, the deposition layer thickness and particle size after 2 hours were only 0.4 mm and 5 μm, respectively. Comprehensively, the formula A and B had good cost-performance.
