摘要
生物和化学组分构建的菌药合剂是新农药制剂发展的热点,其中生物活体和化学组分的准确、快速检测方法备受关注。本实验应用绿色荧光蛋白标记和高效液相色谱技术研究了枯草芽孢杆菌-烯酰吗啉菌药合剂在54±2℃贮存14d前后生防菌株和化学组分含量的变化。结果表明:绿色荧光蛋白标记和高效液相色谱技术联用,可以用于该菌药合剂质量检测和热贮实验中混剂的贮存稳定性监控;菌药合剂在热贮实验过程中的组分含量变化在允许变化范围之内。
The cocktail formulation of bio-control agents and fungicides represents the hotspot of development of new pesticides. It is crucial to identify the biological and chemical components in the mixture accurately and rapidly. On the basis of green fluorescent protein labeling and high performance liquid chromatography, the current study investigated the percent change of biological and chemical components in level of Bacillus subtilis and the change in mass of dimethomorph in the cocktail formulation before and after storage at 54±2℃ for 14 d. The results suggest that this method can be used for the mass detection of the cocktail formulation and stability monitoring in the heat storage experiment and the change of the components in the cocktail formulation ranging in the permission.
