摘要
在微波作用下,以聚乙二醇-1000、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠为主要原料合成聚羧酸减水剂,通过单因素试验,得出了最佳合成条件,而且整个工艺周期仅为3.5 h,与现有工艺相比效率显著提高,充分显示了微波作用在合成中的优势。该工艺合成的聚羧酸减水剂在掺量为0.5%、0.75%和1.0%时,砂浆减水率分别达到31.5%、41.1%及44.8%。
The polycarboxylic superplasticizer was synthesized with macrogol 1000,acrylic acid and sodium methallyl sulfonate under microwave-irradiation conditions. Optimum conditions were obtained by Mon-agent Experimentations. When 0.5%,0.75% and 1.0% SAF was added,the water reduction rate ware 31.5%,41.1% and 44.8%.The time of reaction only lasted for 3.5 hours,which showed that microwave irradiation had obvious effect on shortening the time of the synthesis reaction.
