摘要
制备了一种酰胺型聚羧酸系减水剂,研究了主链分子量、主链组成以及侧链接枝密度对其减水保坍性能的影响,通过FTIR、GPC对其结构进行了表征,最后与聚羧酸醚(AA/HPEG共聚物)、聚羧酸酯(MAA/MPEGMA共聚物)等两类聚羧酸系减水剂进行了性能对比。结果表明:主链分子量约4 000、主链组成是摩尔比AA/MAA=3∶1的共聚物、侧链接枝密度为20%的酰胺型聚羧酸系减水剂综合性能最好,其混凝土减水率、坍落度保持和抗压强度等性能均优于聚羧酸醚和聚羧酸酯两类减水剂。
An amide type polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized.The effect of main-chain molecule weight ,the components of backbone and the grafting density of side chain on the ability of water reduction and slump loss resistant property were investigated.The structure of amide type polycarboxylate superplasticizer was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gel per-meation chromatography(GPC).Finally,the comparison was made on the performance of the synthetic amide type polycarboxylate su-perplasticizer,polyether type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(AA/HPEG copolymer) and polyeste type polycarboxylate superplasticizer (MAA/MPEGMA copolymer).The result showed that the synthetic amide type polycarboxylate superplasticizer had the best comprehen-sive performance when the main-chain molecule weight was about 4 000,the molar ratio of acrylic acid(AA) to methacrylic acid(MAA) of backbone was 3∶1 and the grafted side chain density was 20%.Meanwhile,this amide type polycarboxylate superplasticizer had a better per-formance on water-reducing rate,slump-retaining ability and compressive strength for concrete compare with the polyether type and polyester type polycarboxylate water reducer.
