摘要
目的观察血塞泰对脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型患者的临床疗效。方法将60例脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上给予血塞泰口服。疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01);两组中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞泰对脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型疗效肯定,可降低神经功能缺损评分,改善中医症状、体征,对于治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型具有确切的临床疗效。
Objective Observation the clinical syndromes of XueSaiTai on recovery stage of cerebral infarction（ Fengtanyuzu Style） . Methods 60 patients with recovery stage of cerebral infarction（ Fengtanyuzu Style） were randomly divided into two groups,each group included 30 cases,the control group were treated to conventional modern medicine treatment,the treatment group were treated to XueSaiTai on the basis of conventional modern medicine. Clinical curative effectand assaying items were observed after the course of treatment for 4 weeks. Results After treatment,the TCM scores,neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 01） ; The scores in the treatment group were better than the control group（ P〈0. 05） . Conclusion XueSaiTai have made affirmative effecttion on the recovery stage of acute cerebral infarction（ Fengtanyuzu Style） ; It can reduce the neurological deficit scores,improve TCM symptoms and physical signs; It has exactly effectivity and security,and good prospects for clinical application.
