摘要
大鼠灌服冰片制剂后能明显提高庆大霉素在脑内的浓度,提示冰片有改善血脑屏障通透性的作用,此结果对庆大霉素治疗细菌性脑膜炎和其它颅内炎症具有重要的临床意义。在改善血脑屏障通透性,增加庆大霉素进入脑内药量的同时,冰片还能提高血清中庆大霉素浓度,这为减少庆大霉素用药剂量,保证药效,降低庆大霉素的毒副反应,提高临床治疗作用提供了有力的实验依据。
The content of gentamycin in serum and brain tissue of rats was deter-mined with the measure of RIA, and the influence of intragastric feeding ofborneol on the passing of gentamycin through blood-brain barrier was studied.The results showed that borneol can increase the concentration of gentamycinin the brain of rats significantly (p<0.01), suggesting that borneol can increasethe perfneability of blood-brain barrier. This provides an experimental basisfor the evidence that borneol may serve as a“gudiding drug”in the traditionalChlnese meescriptions,and may have clinical significance in the tyeatmentof bacterial meningitis and other intracranial infections.
