摘要
技术知识是人们在改造和控制自然的实践过程中形成的技术原理、技术规则、技能的综合,技术原理构建、技术规则制定与技能熟化是技术创新过程中技术知识生成与转化的三个重要环节。技术创新过程中技术知识的过程本质表现在三方面:一是技术知识逻辑过程,即以技术目的为逻辑起点,技术原理构建、技术规则制定和技能熟化的过程;二是技术知识选择过程,是通过试错机制选择有效技术知识的过程;三是技术知识建构过程,是技术知识日臻完善并逐步适应用户个性化要求的过程。技术创新过程中技术知识的过程本质可以概括为遵循技术逻辑基础上的"选择-建构"过程:"选择-建构"的主体是处于社会文化之中的技术共同体以及社会成员;"选择-建构"的对象是由技术原理、技术规则和技能构成的行动纲领;"选择-建构"的标准包括技术逻辑和社会文化尺度两个方面。
The technology knowledge is a synthesis of technology principle,technology regulation and skill formed in the practical process of changing and controlling nature.The construction of technology principle,the formulation of technology regulation and the internalization of skill are important links to the production and transformation of technology knowledge in technological innovation process.The process essence of technology knowledge displays in three aspects in the process of technological innovation.The first is the logic process of technology knowledge,which takes technology purpose as logic starting point,the process of the construction of technology principle,the formulation of technology regulation and the internalization of skill.The second is the choice process of technology knowledge,which chooses the effective technology knowledge by the mechanism of trial.The third is the construction process of technology knowledge,which technology knowledge is approaching perfection day by day and adapting to the individual require of the consumer step by step.The process essence of technology knowledge in the process of technological innovation can be summarized as the process of ＂Choosing-constructing＂ in the basis of technology logic.The subject of ＂Choosing-constructing＂ is the technology community and members of society in social culture.The object of ＂Choosing-constructing＂ is action programme which is composed of technology principle,technology regulation and skill.The standard of ＂Choosing-constructing＂ includes two aspects： technology logic and dimension of social culture.
