摘要
新建本科院校图书馆数字资源利用率低是一种较为普遍的现象。其原因有学校方面的,有图书馆方面的,也有读者自身的问题。要改变这一现状,学校要对馆藏数字资源的后续建设资金提供足够保障,要设法给图书馆增加专业技术人员;图书馆对已购数字资源要重视宣传,要重视读者获取信息能力的培养,要重视各种数字资源的整合;读者要转变使用文献资源的观念,要不断提高自己检索利用各种数字资源的能力。
There is a common phenomenon that digital resources is of a low utilization,due to schools,libraries and readers.In order to change this situation,the school not only should provide adequate financial guarantees to support the school building to follow-up of digital resources,but also need to increase the professional and technical personal.Besides,the library should pay more attention to propagate the digital resources that have been purchased,cultivate the readers＇ ability to access information,integrate the various digital resources.Readers should change the concept of using literatures,and continuously enhance their ability to use a variety of digital resources.
