摘要
数字技术的发展和应用对高校图书馆管理提出了新的要求,带来了高校图书馆管理流程、服务方式、馆藏资源形式等多方面的变化。为完成新的使命,高校图书馆必须抓好规划投入、队伍建设和制度设计三方面的工作,创新管理实践,促进管理变革。
With the development and application of cyber technology in university library, the management proceeding, ways of service and type of information resource of university library are changing deeply. In order to fulfill the new mission university library should do well in follow aspects such as planning, talents management, system designing and management innovation.
