摘要
为了研究柴油/乙醇燃料的缸内燃烧过程和污染物生成过程,采用正庚烷、多环芳香烃和NOX生成的化学反应动力学机理表征柴油燃料,柴油简化机理与乙醇简化机理对接后,与三维CFD软件-KIVA进行耦合计算。结果表明,模拟得到的缸内压力曲线与实验值吻合良好;乙醇较高的汽化潜热值使得缸内燃烧温度有所降低,可减少NOX排放;乙醇可以有效提高缸内油—气混合的均匀程度,其含氧特性增加了缸内的氧浓度,使碳烟粒子与氧的碰撞机会增大,抑制了碳烟形成。
The cylinder combustion process and pollutants formation process of diesel/ethanol fuel had been studied. The chemical reaction mechanisms of n-heptane,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and NOX-generated were used to replace diesel fuel,and the diesel mechanism was connected with ethanol simplify mechanism,then the mechanisms was coupled with the three-dimensional CFD-KIVA software. The results show that,the calculation cylinder pressure curve was in good agreement with the experimental values; the higher vaporization value of ethanol would decrease cylinder combustion temperature and reduce NOx emissions; ethanol could effectively improve the cylinder oil -gas mixture,The oxygen property of ethanol would increase the oxygen concentration in cylinder,this would increased the chance of collision with oxygen,and inhibit the formation of soot.
