摘要
在对某引进减速齿轮装置大比压推力轴承进行逆向设计研究工作中,采用理论推导的方式对此推力轴承进行了理论分析和计算,并建造了大型推力轴承可靠性试验台。在试验台上,对大比压推力轴承进行了多压力工况下的模拟试验,对推力轴承在不同工况条件下的工作压力、工作温度、油膜厚度等参数进行了测试。试验结果显示,计算结果与实际测量结果较好地吻合,证明此大比压推力轴承运行安全、稳定、可靠。
In the course of reverse design research to large specific pressure thrust bearing of one reducer,we carry through theorical analysis and calculation,we build a large-scale reliability test-bed of thrust bearing.On the reliability test-bed,we test some parameters;they include working pressure,working temperature,oil film thickness under different condition.From experimental results,we find that the calculation results are very similar to the experimental results.The large specific pressure thrust bearing is safe,steady and reliable when it runs.
