摘要
弹性金属塑料瓦是一种新型轴承材料,已在大中型水力发电设备中得到应用,解决了许多关键技术问题,取得了大量的研究成果。本文主要综述了近十几年来国内外在弹性金属塑料瓦润滑性能,工业应用及其相关领域的研究进展。针对弹性金属塑料瓦瓦面材料不同于金属材料的特点,提出了弹性金属塑料瓦在设计理论和实际应用方面进一步研究的课题。
An elastic metal plastic (EMP) pad is a new type of slidng bearing,, applied to bigsized and medium-sized hydro-generators. Many key technological sues related are solved. Large numbers of research results have been achieved. Some fundamental issuse of EMP pads such as lubrication performance, industrial applications and so on are reviewed. Considering that the characteristics of EMP pad surfaces are different from those of Babbitt alloy pads, several research topics that must be studied in the design theory and practical application of EMP pads are proposed.
