摘要
目的对珠光香青石油醚部分、乙酸乙酯部分、甲醇部分提取物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用进行研究。方法以96微孔板法测定α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。结果珠光香青石油醚部分提取物的活性最好(IC50=173.3μg/ml)。结论珠光香青具有良好的潜在开发价值。
Objective To investigate three different extracts of Anaphalis marguuritacea Benth. Et Hook. on inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase. Methods Inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase was screened by the 96-microplate-based method. Results The petroleum ether extract had the highest inhibitor activity( IC50 = 173. 3ug/ml) . Conclusion This plant could be exploited the diabetes drugs as α-glucosidases inhibitors in future.
