西方政党适应性问题理论述评被引量：32

摘要自1980年代以来,西方学者对政党转型及其适应性问题进行了一系列的讨论与研究。从理论上说,无论何种类型的政党,其组织形态的变迁是必然的。政党变迁的主要动力来源于政党对环境的适应性,即政党组织的弹性或灵活性。政党适应性的强弱,从某种意义上是衡量一个政党能否在不同环境中生存和发展的重要标准之一。政党的适应性主要体现在政党组织的结构性变化和功能性调整两个方面。对环境变化的应对是政党组织结构调整的重要内容,也是政党理念变革的基本要求。在政党变革或政党适应性问题上,许多从事政党理论问题研究的学者作了比较深入的思考。
