摘要
目的:建立水中苯系物的测定方法。方法:优化色谱条件和顶空条件,采用自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定水中苯系物。结果:8种组分在7 min内完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;在1μg/L~100μg/L浓度范围内可获得较好的线性,相关系数0.999。用建立的方法对人工合成水样、标准进行测定,变异系数1.6%~6.5%。最低检测质量浓度为0.5μg/L(苯、甲苯),1μg/L(乙苯、苯乙烯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯),2μg/L(对、间二甲苯)。参加广东省疾病预防控制中心苯系物的能力比对实验,结果满意。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中苯系物的测定。
Objective:To set up the analysis methods of benzene series in water.Methods:Optimization of chromatographic conditions and headspace conditions,the introduction of automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography determination of benzene series in water.Results:The eight kinds of components in 7 minutes to complete and has good separation efficiency.In 1 μg/L~100 μg/L concentration range available to a good linear correlation coefficient of 0.999.The method used for synthetic water samples,the standard for the determination of the coefficient of variation of 1.6%~5.8%.The lowest detection concentration of 0.5 μg/L(benzene,toluene),1 μg/L(ethylbenzene,styrene,o-xylene,cumene) 2 μg/L(p,m-xylene).To participate in competition by Guangdong Center for Disease Control and Prevention,satisfactory results.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,and it has good precision and accuracy,which can be used for the determination of benzene in water.
