摘要
实验研究了顶空气相色谱法测定水中异丙苯和苯乙烯的方法,从盐的加入量、平衡时间、平衡温度几个方面对顶空条件进行了优化。并对该方法的检出限、精密度、加标回收率、线性进行了验证。结果表明,异丙苯和苯乙烯的线性相关均可达到0.9997,精密度在10%以内,异丙苯检出限为1.0μg/L,苯乙烯检出限为3.7μg/L,加标回收率在15%以内。
Studying on the determination of isopropylbenzene(cumene) and phenylethylene(styrene) in water by headspace gas chromatography method.Some headspace conditions were optimized such as the amount of salt,the equilibrium time,and the equilibrium temperature.Verifying the method detection limit,precision,recovery and the linear correlation of the method.The result showed that the linear correlation of isopropylbenzene and phenylethylene were 0.9997,and the precision both were less than 10 %.The MDL of isopropylbenzene were 1.0 μg/L and phenylethylene were 3.7 μg/L.The recovery were both less than 15 %.
