摘要
中小企业在发展过程中常会遇到承担社会责任与企业成长的两难选择。本文运用结构方程模型的方法,分析了中小企业创建期的企业社会责任与成长性之间的关系,深化中小企业社会责任与成长性关系的实证研究,为促进中小企业持续发展提供新思路。
There exists a dilemma between corporate social responsibility and the growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises.The method of structure equation modeling is applied to analyze the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the growth of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the fresh phase,which fills the gap of the research on the relationship between corporate society responsibility and the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
