摘要
企业的社会责任与企业绩效的相关性研究近年来已成为国际和国内学术界一个十分活跃的研究领域。文章从企业社会责任及其重要性入手,对企业社会责任重新进行了分类,并重新界定了企业绩效,着重分析了企业社会责任与企业绩效之间的相关性,并结合自己的思考,阐明了两者之间的关系,最后得出了自己的结论。
The corporate social responsibility and the corporate performance relativity study between international and domestic academic research in recent years has become a very active research field. Based on the importance of corporate social responsibility and the start of the re-classification of corporate social responsibility, and re-define the corporate performance, focused on the analysis of the correlation between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, and in conjunction with our own thinking, and clarify their relation-ship between the two, and reached the final of our own conclusions.
