摘要
目的:探讨基于平板探测器的数字断层融合新技术在骨骼系统,尤其是小关节病变或打石膏患者影像学检查诊断中的应用。方法:对大量骨骼系统病变患者进行数字断层融合X线摄影,利用管球和平板探测器同步进行反向运动,在运动中曝光采集数据,采集到被照体各层面的原始数据后计算并重建。结果:通过该技术可得到任意层面的清晰图像。结论:数字断层融合技术较传统的X线断层摄影提高了影像质量,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To introduce new digital tomography based on flat panel detector(FPD) supplied in small arthrosis or planter cast patient in medical imaging diagnostics.Methods Patients with skeleton diseases received digital tomography X-ray imaging diagnostics with data collected during moving while the tube and the FPD moved in reverse direction synchronously.The original data of every layer were calculated and processed.Results Clear images of any layers can be made with digital tomography.Conclusion Digital tomography is a creative technique which improves the quality of imaging in medical imaging diagnostics compared with traditional X-ray radiography.
