数字断层融合技术在骨骼影像诊断中的临床应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨X线数字断层融合技术在骨骼影像诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院骨伤科2011年8月~2013年2月收治的经X线普通摄片检查未能确定为骨折的68例患者,对其行数字断层融合技术与CT检查。结果数字断层融合技术检查出隐匿性骨折患者66例(97.05%),而CT检查出隐匿性骨折患者56例(82.35%),两种诊断方法的隐匿性骨折检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。数字断层融合技术检查的图像优秀率为94.11%,CT检查的图像优秀率为85.29%,两组优秀率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字断层融合技术诊断准确率高、图像清晰、辐射剂量低,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the application value of digital tomosynthesis (DTS) in skeletal imaging diagnostics.Methods 68 patients who could not be identified as fractures with general radiography in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were selected. Then digital tomosynthesis and CT examination were employed to these patients.Results 66 patients (97.05%) were determined as occult fractures by DTS while 56 patients (82.35%) were determined as occult fractures by CT. There were signiifcant differences between the two diagnostic methods on fracture decetion rate (P〈0.05). The proportion of high-quality images obtained by DTS was 94.11% while that of high-quality images obtained by CT examination was 85.29%. There were signiifcant differences between the two methods on the proportion of high-quality images (P〈0.05).Conclusion DTS with high diagnostic accuracy, clear images and low radiation dose is worth to be promoted.
