摘要
根据对舞蹈啦啦队运动的实践和研究,提出建立科学的选拔和训练体系,加强运动员身体姿态、舞蹈动作、专项身体素质等基本功的训练,以及成套动作、表演能力、表演队形、提高音乐理解能力训练等综合训练,为啦啦队的训练和发展提供科学、客观的参考依据。
Cheerleading athletes are the key factors to raise the level of this sport. Based on the practices and researches of dance checrleading, the author proposes the establishment of a scientific selection of the training system to strengthen the athletes＇ basic skills like basic postures, dance movements, special physical training, as well as complete sets of action, abilities of performance, the formational performances, and increased their ability to understand musical training, these comprehensive trainings can give scientific and objective references to cheerleading training and development
