摘要
综述了降血压肽制备工艺的研究现状,指出基因工程法结合层析技术是今后降血压肽制备研究的主要方向。
The preparation progress of antihypertensive peptides was reviewed.Gene engineering combined with chromatography separation was indicated to be the main research direction for the antihypertensive peptides preparation in the future.
