摘要
大豆肽经超滤分离后 ,膜被污染 ,膜通量下降。对膜的清洗进行了简单的探讨 ,通过对清洗剂、清洗时间、温度 3因素的正交实验 ,确定了最佳的膜清洗条件 ,即 0 5 %含酶清洗剂 ,清洗温度4 0℃ ,清洗时间 0 5h。实践表明 ,大豆肽超滤过程污染的膜用 30~ 4 0℃温水清洗 0 5h ,再用 0 5 %含酶清洗剂在 4 0℃下清洗 0 5h ,再用 4 0~ 5 0℃水清洗 1h后 ,膜通量恢复度达 74 6 3%。
The ultrafiltrate membrane is polluted and the membrane flux is reduced during the purification of soybean peptide by ultrafiltrate membrane.The cleaning conditions of ultrafiltrate membrane such as cleaning agent,time and temperature were studied.The results show that the optimum conditions is 0.5% enzyme cleanout agent,40℃,0.5 h.The practice indicates that flux renewing rate of polluted membrane is 74.63% by cleaning with 30~40℃ water for 0.5 h firstly,then 0.5% enzyme cleanout agent for 0.5 h at 40℃,and 40~50℃ water for 1 h at last.
