鸡血藤化学成分的指纹图谱研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的建立鸡血藤药材的RP-HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,评价23批鸡血藤药材的质量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%醋酸水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长260nm,柱温为室温。结果测定了23批鸡血藤药材的HPLC图,建立了标准指纹图谱,有16个共有峰,分别由原儿茶酸、表儿茶素、大豆苷元、染料木素、毛蕊异黄酮、异甘草素等组成。结论鸡血藤化学成分的HPLC指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,方法重复性好,可为控制鸡血藤药材质量提供实验依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic fingerprints by RP-HPLC and evaluate the quality of Caulis spatholobi from 23 batches.METHOD The separation was performed on a Diamonsil-C18column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) using a gradient elution with acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1% acetic acid) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 260 nm.The temperature of column was at room temperature.RESULTS The chromatographic fingerprint of Caulis spatholobi was established,which showed 16 characteristic peaks from 23 batches of crude drug.The main components of fingerprints consisted of protocatechuic acid,epicatechin,daidzein,genistein,calycosin,isoliquiritigenin and so on.CONCLUSION The chromatographic fingerprinting of spatholobus suberectus with high specificity can be used to control its quality and assure lot-to-lot consistency.The established method is simple and rapid to identify and differentiate samples of Spatholobus suberectus collected from different areas and its counterfeit.
