摘要
"交通7+1论坛"第十九次会议的主题为"特大城市公共交通系统的发展趋势".城市公共交通具有容量大、效率高、能耗小、污染少的特点,优先发展城市公共交通是解决大城市交通问题的根本途径.会议分别介绍了北京市奥运后交通发展的情况和措施,上海市针对世博会交通采取的一系列政策和措施,广州市应对亚运会召开的一些交通做法;探讨了轨道交通和地面公共交通对特大城市发展的主要意义;分析了小汽车交通、绿色自行车交通与公共交通的互相影响和制约关系;提出了应该把城市交通作为系统工程,从城市规划与布局开始,从源头上解决问题的思路.
The 19th Conference of ＂Traffic and Transportation Forum 7 ＋ 1＂ focused on the future development of megalopolis＇ public transport systems. Ensuring priority to the development of urban public transport system has been recognized as an initial way of solving the traffic problems in large cities thanks to the large capacity, high ef- ficiency, energy efficient, and environmental friendly of public transport. The traffic development of several large cities were addressed, namely, applied measurements in the period of post-Olympics of Beijing city, urban traffic scheme in Shanghai World Expo, and traffic management for Guangzhou Asian Games. The important role of the rail transit and bus were also analyzed for such megalopolis alike. The relationships among the private car, bicy- cle, and public transport are also discussed. A valuable concept was put forward： urban transport system should be developed with system theory, which should be considered and implemented from the just beginning such as the preliminary planning of one city.
