新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮制备工艺的研究 被引量:7

摘要 以新橙皮苷和氢气为主要原料,在碱性条件下,用钯-炭作为催化剂合成新橙皮苷二氢查耳酮(NHC)。本实验研究了反应时间、催化剂用量、反应溶剂、氢气压力、反应温度、pH值、搅拌速度等因素对NHC产率的影响。正交实验结果表明制取NHC的最佳反应条件为:反应pH为10,于35℃、2MPa氢气压力、0.8g10%钯炭作为催化剂的条件下,以水作溶剂反应8h,产率达83.5%;在此条件下进行验证实验,所得平均产率为82.7%。 NHC was composed by neohesperidin and hydrogen gas under alkalescent condition with palladium-charcoal as catalyst.The paper studied the yield efficiency of NHC influenced by several factors:reaction time,the dosage of catalyst,reaction solvent,hydrogen pressure,reaction temperature and pH value,stiring speed.Orthogonality experiment indicated the optimal conditions were as the following:pH10,temperature 35℃,2MPa hydrogen pressure,0.8g 10% Pd/C catalyst,water solvent,and reaction time 8h.Under these conditions,the yield efficiency reaches 83.5%,and then through the verification test under these conditions,the average yield is 82.7%.
