摘要
多年来,乡镇煤矿的安全技术培训效果始终难以令人满意。通过对乡镇煤矿安全技术培训问题的剖析,发现问题症结,并提出提升乡镇煤矿安全技术培训质量的对策,包括建立安全培训专管机构、明确安全培训检查形式、实施精心化分工,推行专业化分工种进行培训,使培训工作真正成为快速提升从业人员素质的途径,满足安全生产对人员素质的需求。
In passed years,the safety technical training results of the township mines were always not satisfied.With the analysis on the safety technical training problems of the township mines,the crux of the problems was found.The countermeasures to improve the safety technical training quality of the township mines were provided,including the establishment of the safety training organization and the definition to inspection mode of the safety training.The detail individual responsibility was implemented and the training program would be conducted professionally on each work type in order to make the training program really become the access to rapidly improve the quality of the employed staff and to meet the requirement of the safety production to the personnel quality.
