摘要
生鲜农产品配送对保障北京居民生活水平和鲜活农产品流通安全均具有较强的现实意义。本文在调研的基础上,通过对目前北京鲜活农产品物流配送业现状的研究,分析了北京鲜活农产品物流配送业的主要特点及影响安全配送的主要因素和问题,提出了以"超市"及"社区配送店"为核心的配送链流程,并针对北京鲜活农产品物流配送业发展趋势与质量安全提出了相关建议。
Fresh product logistic distribution has a strong and practical significance for protecting market safety of agricultural products in Beijing.In this paper,the author analyzes the main characteristics and major factors affecting safety of agricultural product logistic distribution industry based on market research work and puts forward ＂supermarket＂ and ＂Community Distribution shop＂ as the core of the distribution chain process.meanwhile,some countermeasures are proposed to improve Beijing agricultural product logistic distribution quality safety.
