摘要
当前以互联网、大数据、人工智能为代表的数字技术与实体经济深度融合,已成为驱动餐饮业与冷链物流协同创新发展的新动力。文章分析了数字技术驱动下餐饮业与冷链物流协同创新发展的内在动因以及外部影响因素。从开发综合信息服务平台、完善餐饮冷链物流质量监控体系、规范餐饮冷链物流运营全流程以及建立健全内外部协同发展机制四个角度,提出了数字技术驱动下完善餐饮业与冷链物流协同创新发展的建议与对策,以期能够为国内餐饮企业与冷链物流企业所参考。
At present, the deep integration of digital technology and real economy, which represented by Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, had become a new driving force for the coordinated innovation and development of catering industry and cold chain logistics. This paper analyzed the internal motivation and external factors of collaborative innovation development between catering industry and cold chain logistics which were driven by digital technology. It put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to improve the collaborative innovation development between catering industry and cold chain logistics which were driven by digital technology from four perspectives, which were developing comprehensive information service platform, improving the quality monitoring system of catering cold chain logistics, standardizing the whole process of catering cold chain logistics operation and establishing and perfecting the internal and external cooperative development mechanism. The whole research was in order to provide reference for the domestic catering enterprises and cold chain logistics enterprises.
