摘要
通过环境扫描电镜、扫描探针显微镜、交流阻抗谱、动电位极化测试,考察了温度、pH值、Cl-含量等因素对B10铜镍合金耐海水腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在0~60℃范围内,温度升高,B10腐蚀加速;B10在强碱性环境中的腐蚀受到OH-的抑制;Cl-含量升高阻碍氧化膜的生成,降低B10的耐蚀性;海水流速高于3 m/s后,B10耐冲刷腐蚀的能力急剧降低,且含砂海水的冲刷对该材料的破坏作用更为显著。
Abstract: The effect of different factors on corrosion behavior of 90-10 Cu-Ni alloy in seawater was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, potentiodynamic polarization, corrosion rate and morphology of 90-10 Cu-Ni alloy. The result showed that with the raising of temperature, the corrosion rate of 90-10 Cu-Ni alloy accelerated; the corrosion reaction of 90-10 Cu-Ni alloy occurred slowly in strong basic aqueous seawater; the existence of generous CF impeded the form of the oxidation film, accelerated the corrosion rate. The existence of grit could accelerate the corrosion of 90-10 Cu-Ni alloy also.
