摘要
研究了Co元素对Cu-Ni-Si合金的电导率、硬度和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.1%的Co可以提高合金的电导率,过量添加Co则导致电导率下降。试样的硬度及其在3.5%的NaCl水溶液中的耐腐蚀性能均随着Co添加量的增大而逐渐增强。通过调整Co添加量和时效时间,试样的硬度(HV)可调范围为200~266,电导率的可调范围为17.40~26.10 MS/m。
The effects of Co addition on the electrical conductivity,hardness and corrosion resistance of Cu-Ni-Si alloy were investigated.The results show that the electrical conductivity of alloy is increased by adding 0.1%Co,and the excessive addition of Co leads to the decrease of electrical conductivity.The hardness and corrosion resistance in 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution of specimens are gradually enhanced with the increase of Co addition.By adjusting the amount of Co addition and the aging time,the adjustable range of hardness is 200~266 HV and that of electrical conductivity is 17.40~26.10 MS/m.
