摘要
本文研究了电磁波屏蔽材料Ni/聚乙烯复合材料在50MHz~1GHz频率范围内的复介电常数。结果表明,Ni粉含量小于70%(质量分数),频率和成分对介电常数ε′的影响很小,Ni含量大于70%(质量分数)时,在不同频率范围内,成分对ε′的影响不同。Ni粉含量小于80%(质量分数),频率和成分对ε″的影响很小,Ni粉含量大于80%(质量分数),ε″随成分的增加急剧上升。
This paper studied the complex dielect constant of a shielding material-Ni/polythene composites in the frequency range from 50MHz to 1000MHz. Results showed that when Ni mass content is below 70%,the influence of Ni content and frequency on was very little;When Ni mass content was above 70%,in different frequency range,the Ni content's influence on was different;When Ni mass content was below 80%,the influence of content and frequency on was not notable;when it was above 80%, raised rapidly with the increase of Ni content,and decreased with the increase of frequency.
