Design and synthesis of 5-hydroxy-4-'methoxy-7-substituted-acyloxo-isoflavone derivatives

摘要 目的:对异黄酮进行结构改造,设计合成三种新的5-羟基-4’-甲氧基-7-取代酰氧基异黄酮的衍生物。方法:以间苯三酚、对甲氧基苯乙腈为起始原料,经Friedel-Crafts反应和环合,再与各种酰氯反应得到3个目标化合物。结果:合成的目标化合物经紫外光谱(UV)、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)与质谱(MS)确证其结构。结论:合成了三种新的4’-甲氧基-5,7-二羟基异黄酮衍生物,可供进一步药理研究。 Objective:To design and synthesize three new 5-hydroxy-4-’methoxy-7-substituted-acyloxo-isoflavones.Methods:Phloroglucinol and p-methoxy benzacetonitril were used as the raw materials to obtain the title compounds by multi-step reaction:Friedel-Crafts reactionc,yclation and acylation reactions.Results:Synthesized compounds were confirmed by UV,IR,MS and 1H-NMR spectrometric techniques.Conclusion:Three new isoflavone derivatives are synthesized.Their pharmacological activities can be used for further study.
