摘要
目的:建立用毛细管GC法测定二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸中β-桉叶醇和茅术醇含量的方法。方法:以丹皮酚为内标物,用毛细管GC法对二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸中β-桉叶醇和茅术醇的含量进行测定。结果:对30种成药的含量测定表明,大部分成药中含有β-桉叶醇和茅术醇,β-桉叶醇含量最高的二妙丸为R4,含量达2.95%;三妙丸为S9,含量达3.31%;四妙丸为F2,含量达1.36%。茅术醇含量最高的二妙丸为R4,含量达1.39%;三妙丸为S9,含量达2.53%;四妙丸为F2,含量达0.95%。结论:本法为科学评价二妙丸、三妙丸、四妙丸的质量提供了有效化学手段。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of capillary used to determine the content of β-eudesmol and hinesol in Ermiao Pill,Sanmiao Pill and Simiao Pill. METHOD:β-eudesmol and hinesol content was determined,using capillary GC method.RESULT:Content determination for 30 kinds of patent medicines has indicated that most patent medicines contain β-eudesmol and hinesol.The content of β-eudesmol is R 4 in Ermiao Pill(2.95%),S9 in Sanmiao Pill(3.31%) and F2 in Simiao Pill(1.36%).The content of hinesol is R4 in Ermiao Pill(1.39%),S9 in Sanmiao Pill(2.53%) and F2 in Simiao Pill(0.95%). CONCLUSION:This determination method has provided effective means for the evaluation of the quality of Ermiao Pill,Sanmiao Pill and Simiao Pill.
