Electroless Nickel Plating on Mg-Li Alloy

摘要 以镁-锂合金为实验材料,研究了以醋酸镍为主盐的工艺流程,选定了一种比较稳定的工艺条件。研究了镁-锂合金直接化学镀镍的前处理方法。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度仪、带有能谱分析的扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDAX)等分析了镀层性能。结果表明:镁-锂合金化学镀镍的平均镀速为16~25μm.h-1,镀层中磷的质量分数约为7%,维氏硬度达到5177 MPa,沉积镍层均匀、致密,耐蚀性得到明显提高。 With magnesium-lithium alloy as experimental material,a process using nickel acetate as main salt was investigated,and more stable technological conditions was selected.The pretreatment for electroless nickel plating directly on magnesium-lithium alloy was studied.The performance of the coating was studied with XRD,micro-hardness meter,(SEM/EDAX,) etc.The experiments show that the average deposition rate of the electroless nickel plating on magnesium-lithium alloy is 16~25 μm·h^(-1),the phosphorus content in the coating is about 7 %, 5 177 MPa hardness can be reached,the deposited nickel coating is uniform,compact and has a much improved corrosion resistance.
