摘要
研究了如何利用现代技术手段构建乌龙茶收鲜信息系统,阐述了该信息系统的设计目标、原则以及系统解决方案等,为乌龙茶生产加工企业的鲜叶收购提供了一个有效的信息管理和质量追溯方法。
In this paper,an effective information management and quality of the retrospective method was provided for Oolong tea production and processing enterprises to purchase fresh leaves and how to use modern technology to build fresh tea collection information system was studied,he objectives of the information system design,design principles and system solutions and so on were outlined.
